Founded by Managing Director Grant Burns.  Agricultural Resources Pty Ltd (AgRes) initially started as an agribusiness consulting firm, predominantly at the farmer level.

More recently the business has evolved to some large agribusiness projects, and has developed a significant land management business, to accomodate the land bank and property developer market.

Agres manages property for some of Melbourne's larger property developers and land bank companies.  Citing 11 different parcels with over 7000acres under management and growing.
